10 Years of Hosting the TPI Awards

Since launching in 2002, the TPi Awards have become the live production industry’s most prestigious annual celebration. Recognised globally as the premier networking event for industry professionals, the TPi Awards bring together over 1,100 people from across the events scene.

We are proud to have hosted these awards for a decade and have witnessed it grow in scale and significance, with a different theme each year. Let’s take a look back at some of the memorable TPi Awards we’ve had the honour of hosting so far!

2025

This year’s event saw Evolution London transform into a lush jungle paradise. The stage featured a stunning curved waterfall centrepiece, flanked by accent screens, creating an immersive, oasis-inspired look. The design incorporated bold, bright colours and tropical elements, including vines, trees and lots of greenery. The event delivered a visually striking experience that captivated attendees throughout the evening.

2024

For the 2024 TPi Awards, the theme centred around “Building Blocks,” celebrating the teamwork and collaboration that drive the live events industry. The stage design featured projection mapping and dynamic LED screens, bringing the theme to life with a modern, vibrant look. The setup really showcased how every element of the industry, from lighting to sound, comes together to create something extraordinary.

2023

In 2023, the awards celebrated the international nature of the live events industry with an “Around The World” theme. The stage featured a high-impact opening sequence with a rocket journeying to various global performance venues, returning to Evolution London. Lighting sponsor Robe contributed over 250 moving lights, enhancing the immersive experience.

2022

The theme for the 2022 TPi Awards took inspiration from the glamour and nostalgia of a retro theatre, creating an unforgettable atmosphere at Evolution London. The stage featured a dramatic bar centrepiece, with design elements that blended classic theatre style with modern lighting and video projections. This set-up celebrated the resilience and creativity of the industry, which was making its comeback post-pandemic. The theme paid tribute to the spirit of innovation and the drive to bring spectacular live experiences back to life.

Each year, the TPi Awards transform Evolution London in ways we’ve never seen before, celebrating the incredible talent and hard work behind the scenes. We absolutely love being part of this event every year, and we’re already excited to see what next year has in store!
