Last month, team members from Evolution London, Moving Venue, and the wider Smart Group volunteered at the Friends of Battersea summer BBQ. This annual community event is dedicated to raising essential funds to help protect and maintain the park as an oasis of tranquility, natural beauty and recreation, and is truly a highlight of our summer calendar!

Our staff always relish the opportunity to showcase their BBQ prowess, all whilst giving back to our local community. Moving Venue provided a mouthwatering BBQ spread, featuring summer salads, succulent burgers, delicious hot dogs, a menu to perfectly complement the warm (-ish!) weather and the stunning surroundings. The evening was filled with activities and entertainment for everyone, including free children’s activities, live music, plenty of refreshments, delicious food, a silent auction and a tombola.

At Evolution London, giving back to our local community and taking care of the beautiful grounds where we are located is extremely important to us. Throughout the year, we make every effort to support those who make it possible to operate as we do. We collaborate with Enable and Wandsworth Council to ensure that our operations are both sustainable and community-focused. Additionally, we actively participate in local initiatives, such as the Wandsworth Big Play Out, to further support and engage with our community.
