Introducing Our AW'23 Menu

Our in-house caterers, Moving Venue, have been hard at work curating their new Autumn-Winter menus. Read on to find out what's on offer for your event this upcoming season.

What's on offer?

We are thrilled to introduce our in-house caterer’s, Moving Venue, brand-new Autumn-Winter menus. As always, their commitment to sustainability shines through in these menus, as they continue to prioritize locally sourced ingredients while preserving their signature finesse and creativity.

We were lucky enough to get an exclusive preview of the menu, and we’ve compiled some of our favourite dishes to inspire you, and assist you in crafting your ideal menu for your event!

Sea Bream, XO, Almonds

This first dish is a firm favourite amongst the team. This Seabream crudo, adorned with XO dressing, pickled mooli, smoked almonds, coriander, harmoniously blends delicate yet bold flavours.

Delicata, Feta, Pomegranate

When hiring Evolution London, you can feel safe in the knowledge that all of your guests, regardless of dietary preferences or requirements will enjoy a delicious, satiating meal. The Delicata, Feta, Pomegranate starter is guaranteed to impress your vegetarian guests. The spiced Delicata pumpkin is served with sage and garlic, a whipped feta yoghurt, pomegranate, figs, toasted chickpeas, rocket salad, and topped with a cherry balsamic glaze. This delightful starter can also be modified to accommodate vegan dietaries, by substituting the feta with a hummus base.

Swede, Masala, Coconut

Another sensational vegetarian option is the Swede, Masala, Coconut main course. This unique offering features tandoori slow-roasted and exceptionally sustainable swede, complemented by a luscious masala sauce, aromatic spiced kale Aloo Gobi and coconut gremolata.

Lamb, Cauliflower, Cabbage

A modern twist on the classic winter warmer, this dish features a duo of lamb: a lamb shoulder Shepherd’s pie paired with lamb rump. It is accompanied by a velvety burnt cauliflower purée, savoy cabbage and glazed baby carrots. As the cold season approaches, we’re confident that this dish will win over the crowd.

Millionaire's Caramel, Chocolate, Hazelnut

For those with a sweet tooth (just like ourselves!), Moving Venue have absolutely knocked it out of the park with the selection of desserts on this menu. Our personal favourite is the Millionaire’s Caramel, Chocolate and Hazelnut. This dreamy dessert can be adapted to suit everyone, as the exceptional pastry team have created a totally vegan and gluten-free alternative.

Mulled Wine, Cranberry, Marmalade

Finally, this festive dessert is guaranteed to win the hearts of your guests. The Moving Venue pastry team have crafted a dessert that’s not only a feast for the eyes, but also a delectable delight. It’s a decadent mulled wine mousse infused with a hint of boozy goodness, adorned with spiced cranberries, a touch of blood orange marmalade, and a delicate cranberry financier. This dessert is the perfect conclusion to your winter feast.
