Last year, the famous Battersea Power Station, a Grade II listed landmark, reopened after 40 years of closure. The revitalized space now features a variety of shops, bars, restaurants, and entertainment venues catering to diverse tastes. The regenerated Power Station is also home to Apple’s newest headquarters, accommodating 3,000 staff in the six-storey space. For a unique experience, venture up the iconic chimneys with ‘Lift 109’ to enjoy impressive 360-degree views of the Capital. The development also boasts an annual events program, ensuring something for all ages and interests.

Whatever time of the year it may be, there is always plenty to do in Battersea, but at Christmas, the neighbourhood really comes to life. The area is adorned with festive installations and pop-ups, including craft workshops and Christmas markets. A standout highlight is the ‘Glide’ Ice Rink, sponsored by Jo Malone, offering a captivating experience as you spin around three interconnecting rinks with breathtaking views of the river and the magnificent decorations. When you’ve had enough of the ice, you can explore the selection of retro fairground rides and soak up the live entertainment, which adds an extra layer of magic to the festivities.
