The Event
The AV Awards returned in 2021 after their inaugural event at Evolution London in 2019. We welcomed 1,350 guests for the ultimate celebration of innovation in the audio visual world. The awards recognise and reward excellence across the audio visual industry, and are open to any company in the industry across the globe.
The Highlights
- Stunning three course-dinner by Moving Venue.
- High-end production provided by Encore, showcasing an impressive line-up of the latest technology.
- Kabuki-style grand reveal from the reception through to the ceremony space.
- 8m ceiling height allowed for a huge LED backdrop (150sqm), with lighting suspended above and speakers hung at full height to ensure no obstructions to sight lines.
- Live-streaming studio on the mezzanine throughout the awards.
- Entertainment continued throughout the night.
Evolution London was truly the perfect venue to showcase and celebrate our incredible industry. As a blank canvas, we were able to create our design and completely transform the space into an immersive experience for our guests, from the moment they arrived through to the after-party. I will definitely be recommending the venue to other clients.
