On 29th and 30th May 2024, Evolution London proudly hosted the Heineken Global: 2024 Forum. The event brought together 180 senior global leaders from Heineken, uniting in London for an engaging and impactful two-day gathering.

In May, we were honoured to be the backdrop for the Heineken Global: 2024 Forum. This dynamic two-day event brought 180 senior global leaders from Heineken together in London as a means for them to collaborate, inspire and plan the next phase delivery of their Evergreen strategy.
Smart Group contributed significantly to the success of the event through various key roles: Evolution London served as the host venue and the team provided event management assistance whilst Moving Venue provided an extensive amount of exceptional catering across the two days.
Event Highlights
- 180 global senior leaders representing Heineken, and its portfolio of brands converge in one city for a 2-day event.
- On arrival, the delegates entered a station concourse, which was the start of their ‘journey’ across London. The first stop was the Beavertown Gallery, with its own stage and aerialist performance.
- Dancers then took the delegates through the secret fridge doors to the next stop, the auditorium.
- For the breakout spaces iconic London locations including Camden, Brixton and Shoreditch we recreated.
- An in-the-round auditorium was used to create an intimate environment with three giant wrap-around screens for optimal immersion.

Menu Highlights
Throughout the two-day event, guests enjoyed a variety of refreshments, including healthy juice shots, pastries, and nutritious sweet treats like raw cacao and chia seed energy balls, as well as saffron and courgette muffins topped with sunflower seeds.
Delegates also enjoyed a selection of lunch items, including a mixture of hot items, salads, sandwiches bento boxes and bowl food. Some highlights included:
- Smoked chicken, mango and avocado salad, baby gem leaves, croutons, roasted sweet potato wedges, caesar dressing
- Mushroom arancini, truffle aioli, sun-blushed tomato sauce, parmesan (v)
- Sweet potato and squash lasagne with ricotta
Dinner
On the second day, guests enjoyed a seasonal three-course dinner, featuring:
Starter: Tomato, Courgette, Basil – Heirloom tomatoes, ve-du-ya, pickled baby courgette, burrata, aubergine crisps, basil oil (v)
Main Course: Short Rib, Sweet Potato, Spinach – Slow braised short rib of beef, crushed sweet potato, spinach, sauce vierge OR Cauliflower, Harissa, Raisin – Harissa roasted cauliflower, sweet potato fritter, pickled golden raisin, cashew cream, sumac labneh, black garlic emulsion (vg)
Dessert: Rhubarb, Ginger, Jelly – Rhubarb cheesecake, rhubarb jelly, ginger ice cream (v) OR Coconut, Chocolate, Strawberry – Coconut mousse, dipped in dark chocolate and filled with strawberry and basil compote (vg)
